I'm a Executive and Enterprise Team Coach with over 15 years of experience guiding high-impact leaders and teams through transformation, innovation, and organizational change.
My background spans management consulting, tech product management, high-growth startups, non-profits and leadership development. This allows me to bring a rare blend of systems thinking, intuitive insight, and a deep focus on psychological safety to every engagement.
